Choose One From Each Course

FIRST COURSE

  • Char Grilled​ Caesar Salad – Crisp Romaine lettuce lightly charred with diced tomatoes and shaved parmesan in a creamy Caesar dressing
  • Monarch Chopped Salad – Chopped romaine with tomatoes, avocado, cucumber, bacon, and carrots topped with hard boiled egg and a choice of Bleu Cheese, Ranch, or Balsamic

SECOND COURSE

  • Hummus served with mixed vegetables and pita
  • Edamame steamed and served with sea salt
  • Mozzarella triangles
  • Loaded fries with cheese sauce, bacon and ranch
  • Shrimp Skewers ­ marinated in tequila lime
  • Chicken Skewers thai chicken with a peanut dipping sauce

THIRD COURSE

  • Whiskey Glazed Flat Iron Steak – Served with garlic mashed potatoes and sauteed vegetables
  • Seared tuna over wasabi mashed potatoes and a side of mixed vegetables
  • Twin crab cakes served with sauteed vegetables
  • 12oz Grilled salmon served with rice and glazed carrots

  • Tuna Tartare – Chopped tuna with cucumber, avocado, capers served with crispy wontons

  • Crispy marinated wings smothered in a choice of hot, mild, bbq, thai chili, jerk or teriyaki
  • Shrimp Skewers ­ marinated in tequila lime
  • Chicken Skewers ­ thai chicken with a peanut dipping sauce
  • Homemade buttermilk chicken tenders served with house cut fries
